Refund Policy
1. Indemnity:
You agree that you shall protect and defend Printingthestuff.com and all parties from whom Printingthestuff.com has licensed portions of Content, and their directors, officers and employees, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including all legal fees and expenses arising out of or concerning (i) your breach of these Terms and Conditions or (ii) any law suit, claim or demand arising from or relating to any text, photograph, image, graphic or other material you integrated into the Products that was not part of the standard Site Content.
2. Refund Policy
Printingthestuff.com will cancel your order, on request and will offer you a FULL REFUND, only prior to printing/shipping. However, if ordered item has been printed or shipped then it cannot be cancelled. Orders can be cancelled during the various design and production stages also and you get a FULL REFUND if the order is under the designing process or has not gone to the press, but if your order has gone to print, then cancellation charges will apply.
Following are the stages to complete your order.
Stage 1: Orders are to be placed on-line.
Stage 2: Orders are reworked and designed in our design department.
Stage 3: Orders are sent to the press.
Stage 4: Orders are collected by the shipping firm and shipped.
If an order is cancelled in stage 1 or in stage 2, you will be offered a FULL REFUND, After an order enters stage 3, we can not guarantee order cancellation but upon customer's persistent request the order can be cancelled and 50% of the total amount will be deducted to cover expenses and rest of the 50% will be REFUNDED accordingly. Once the order reaches stage 4, it cannot be cancelled at all.
3. Design Orders:
Once the design order has been placed we will offer you a FULL REFUND on cancellation, if the design has not been approved as yet. But if the design has been approved by the customer we will offer no cancellation.
4. Errors And Returns:
If we confirm that we have made an error, we will re-print the order and ship it to you on our cost. But there will be no refund in our return policy.
The customer must inform Printingthestuff.com within 3 to 4 business days of order acceptance of any errors or fault discovered in the final delivered product. In order to receive replacement, the customer must return the entire received product within 7 days (at their own expense) from the time when the ordered product delivery was taken.
5. Order Shipping And Delivery:

URGENT - Guaranteed to ship within 8 business days:

RUSH - Guaranteed to ship within 6 business days:

Although Printingthestuff.com will continue to print and ship orders in a timely manner, in no case shall Printingthestuff.com be responsible for any damages resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery.
All Printingthestuff.com customers comply not to hold Printingthestuff.com responsible for delays in shipments caused by bad weather, shipping company delays, customs issues or any other condition beyond Printingthestuff.com direct control.
In case of delay due to technical problems due to equipment failure during the printing process, expedited charges will be refunded. Orders cannot be cancelled due to delay in the printing process.
All Printingthestuff.com customers are liable and agree to pay all customs duties and fees on goods that are shipped to their respective addresses/locations. It is the responsibility of the customers to make necessary arrangements to clear customs for shipments that have to be delivered outside the

13. Damaged And Lost Packages:
Lost or damaged claims can only be filed for shipments after 30 days from package shipment. Printingthestuff.com is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, or damaged shipments. Thus order shipment may have slightly fewer pieces than ordered. Printing trade standards allow for slight underage or overages. Therefore, if exact quantity is needed, please order in excess of the quantity needed.
Additional shipping and handling charges will be charged for packages that have to be reshipped due to the negligence of the customer by not submitting the proper shipping address.
